Age Group

• 4 Sessions Weekly

• • Monday & Wednesday Evenings - Rockford High School

• • • Practice Start Time - 6:00 - 8:00 PM
      • 30 Minutes for Drylands to Start.
      • 90 Minutes of water time consisting of instruction, drills, tactics, and play.
      • Coaches will coordinate breakouts.

• • Tuesday & Thursday Evenings - Grand Haven High School

• • • Practice Start Time - 6:00 - 8:00 PM
      • Given the size of this facility, Girls & Boys practices will be run simultaneously.
      • Coaches will work with both groups separately.
